All submissions for the online issue must meet the same requirements as the print issue as well as specific guidelines for multimedia:

Video:
MOV format
H.264, Standard Definition, 640×480, MP4 file format
Maximum 15 minutes in length.
Interactive:
Flash format
640×480, SWF file format
Sound:
MP3 file format
Maximum 15 minutes in length.
Still Image:
JPEG format
High quality, 800×600

By submitting you are declaring that all work submitted is your own original work, you are giving From the Well House first publishing rights, and you give From the Well House permission to use any images or written material for advertising purposes.
If accepted, artists agree to participate in the Live Issue in September at the Indiana University Kokomo Art Gallery. *If the submitter is not local, submitter gives permission for an electronic copy of their work to be played at the Live Issue.

Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces. We accept paintings, photographs, prints, sculptures, and more.

If accepted, artists agree to participate in the art exhibit (September-October) at the Indiana University Kokomo Art Gallery and Live Issue on the opening day of the art exhibit. *If the submitter is not local, please supply a print of the art work to be displayed at the exhibit.
Written Work
Authors may submit any combination of the following: one (1) work of fiction, one (1) scholarly essay, or up to five (5) poems.

Specifications:
-Must be original work
-Must be titled
-Microsoft Word compatible format
-Must be paginated
-Maximum 3,000 words
-Remove all references to writer’s identity (last names in headers, etc.)
-Scholarly papers must be in MLA or APA format
-No simultaneous submissions
